I did it as part of the ridethealps.ch event. So there was no car traffic which was wonderful. Unfortunately up top it was cloudy and very windy. Definitely bring a windstopper. The climb is nice with magnificent views if weather permits. You'll have to descend the same way. I've found the descent was a bit hard on the wrists with a lot of uneven pavement which is no issue at all going up. Take it easy going down

Een onregelmatige maar mooie klim! De eerste 7km was het erg warm, en reden er nog vrij veel auto's. Een stuk of 3 haarspeldbochten op korte afstand zat ik al stevig te zweten. Vanaf Fortunau werd het rustiger en ook frisser. Het wegdek is niet perfect, maar zeker ok. Het uitzicht in de laatste kilometers en aan het stuwmeer is de moeite. Op de top is er een restaurant (net voor het stuwmeer), en links van het meer is er een kraantje met fris bergwater. Voor de veiligheid wel best fietslampjes meebrengen want in de laatste kilometers moet je een paar tunnels door (waaronder 1 die ijskoud is, dus ook best een windstopper meenemen).
