Really lovely climb. Beautiful cobbles and scenery. Very even start and slightly steeper towards the end. Fun to puff uphill.
Echt een heerlijke klim. Mooie kasseien en een mooie omgeving. Zeer gelijkmatig begin en iets steiler naar het einde toe. Leuk om naarboven te poefen.
A very fine climb that builds to a crescendo. The bottom section is fairly easy, and you arrive at the climb without any particular speed. The going gets tougher as you climb, and the last 300 metres, after a bend, are the most complicated.
The cobbles are of good quality.
I would rate this climb as a hidden gem because of its immediate proximity to Brussels and its properties, which could make it a Tour of Flanders climb.
Très belle montée qui va crescendo. Le bas est assez facile, alors que l'on arrive dans la côte sans prise de vitesse particulière. Cela se corse à mesure que l'on monte, les 300 derniers mètres, après une courbe, sont les plus compliqués.
Le pavé est de bonne qualité.
Je jugerais cette côte de joyau caché de part sa proximité immédiate avec Bruxelles et de ses propriétés qui pourraient en faire une ascension du Tour des Flandres.

A solid climb, with fortunately quite regular paving. Note, at the beginning of the Nering street which gives access to this hill, a very nice view on the picturesque castle of Beersel, setting of one of the most famous adventures of Bob and Bobette, "The treasure of Beersel".
Solide montée, au pavage heureusement assez régulier. À noter, au début de la rue Nering qui donne accès à cette côte, une très belle vue sur le pittoresque château de Beersel, cadre d'une des plus célèbres aventures de Bob et Bobette, « Le trésor de Beersel ».
A tough climb that actually gets harder and harder. You better not start too fast. The cobblestones here are manageable, but can sometimes be a bit slippery in the autumn.
Pittige klim die eigenlijk steeds lastiger wordt. Je start dus beter niet al te snel. De kasseien hier zijn te doen, maar kunnen soms wat glad zijn in de herfst.
Leuke klim, die zeker naar het einde oploopt. In het begin zijn vooral de kasseien lastig en merk je niet dat het al ligt oploopt. het is zeker geen 6％ de eerste honderden meters maar zeker naar het einde toe loopt het aardig op. Leuk om te combineren met een aantal andere kassei kuitenbijters in de buurt.
A nice long climb on the cobblestones. A real hidden gem that immediately gives you a round of Flanders feeling.
