From a river valley, the road first rises with a reasonable percentage and then flattens out a little towards Krauthausen. You pass some strange buildings on the right (old lime kilns) and on the left you have a beautiful view over meadows and the valley. After the first slope, the road flattens out for a while and then rises a bit steeper until the end. The road is a quiet main road with good tarmac.
Een redelijk relaxte klim maar wel één in een erg mooie omgeving. vanuit een rivierdal stijgt de weg eerst met een redelijk percentage en daarna wat vlakker omhoog naar Krauthausen. Je passeert enkele vreemde bouwsels die rechts liggen (oude kalkovens) en aan de linkerkant heb je fraai uitzicht over weilanden en het dal. Na de eerste helling wordt de weg even vlakker en stijgt daarna weer iets steiler tot het eindpunt. Je rijdt over een rustige doorgaande weg met goed asfalt.
