The climb starts about halfway along the Kopernikusstrasse and has little to do at first. This changes when you turn right because then the road and the subsequent bike path immediately go up quite a bit so it is a bit of hard work. After the bicycle path the road flattens out quickly. You ride between a number of university buildings in a park-like setting.
De klim begint gevoelsmatig ongeveer halverwege de Kopernikusstrasse en heeft eerst weinig om handen. Dat verandert als je rechtsaf gaat want dan gaat de weg en het daaropvolgende fietspad meteen flink omhoog dus het is even aanpoten geblazen. Na het fietspad vlakt het weer snel af. Je rijdt tussen een aantal universiteitsgebouwen in een parkachtige omgeving.
