Climb starts from a beautiful little valley. You turn right and from then on it's a well-run climb for a while. The last bit before you think you are at the top it suddenly (instinctively) goes straight up. Puffing, you then look to your left and see that you still have a steep section to conquer, then you are really at the top because it continues almost flat.
Klim begint vanuit een prachtig dalletje. Je slaat af naar rechts en vanaf dan is het een tijd lang een goedlopende klim. Het laatste stukje voor je denkt dat je boven bent gaat het ineens (gevoelsmatig) loodrecht omhoog. Puffend kijk je vervolgens naar links en zie je dat je nog een steil stuk moet overwinnen, daarna ben je echt boven want loopt het vrijwel vlak door.
A strange climb. After the first steep section, you turn left and can recover for about 100 metres. The road then climbs relatively steeply at first, with the gradient continuously decreasing. You first pass a large number of garages, which later turn into residential buildings.
Ein merkwürdiger Anstieg. Nachdem man den ersten steilen Teil hinter sich hat, biegt man nach links ab und kann sich ca. 100 Meter erholen. Anschließend geht es zunächst relativ steil bergauf, wobei die Steigung kontinuierlich abnimmt. Dabei fährt man zunächst an einer Vielzahl an Garagen vorbei, die später in Wohnbebauung übergehen.
From the valley a short climb after which you turn left. Here you have a nice view until the road bends to the right and you come between the houses. Fortunately there is also a lot of green along the route. The percentages vary between steep and relaxed and even if you have turned left you still encounter a slope. Then it decreases and you're up in no time.
Vanuit het dal een kort klimmetje waarna je linksaf gaat. Hier even een fraai uitzicht totdat de weg naar rechts buigt en je tussen de huizen komt. Gelukkig is er ook hier veel groen langs de route. De percentages variëren tussen steil en relaxed en ook als je links af bent geslagen kom je nog een hellinkje tegen. Daarna neemt het af en ben je zo boven.
