Drukke weg, alhoewel het uitzicht op de molen wel wat afleiding geeft. Wel afgescheiden fietspad, dus ontspannen fietsen. Geen echt mooie klim, echt een verbindingsweg.
If you drive from Oirsbeek in this direction you'll see the road winding upwards with the windmill on top. Looks quite imposing but once you're on it, the slope is not that bad and the climb is a bit boring along a busy main road, even if you ride on a good tarmac bike path. Certainly not a bad climb but the options via the Molenweg and certainly via the Boompjesweg are much nicer.
Als je vanuit Oirsbeek deze kant op rijdt zie je de weg mooi omhoog slingeren met bovenaan de molen. Ziet er best imposant uit maar als je eenmaal bezig bent valt het reuze mee met de helling en komt de klim toch wat saai over zo langs een drukke doorgaande weg, ook al rijd je over een prima asfaltfietspad. Zeker geen slechte klim maar de opties via de Molenweg en zeker via de Boompjesweg zijn stukken mooier.
