Der Aspahlt ist nicht optimal, und der Weg ist auf dem Rennrad eher eine Sackgasse, weshalb sie fast keinen Radfahrer dort sehen werden. Mit meinem Schotterrad konnte ich auf dem geradeausleigeneden Weg noch 50 Höhenmeter sammeln, was dem Anstieg eine zusätzliche Würze verleit.

Op het eind loopt het asfalt wel dood maar en is de keuze uit meerdere gravelwegen, waarbij die welke linksaf richting Venwegen gaat het beste is qua kwaliteit.
