Short climb from Amstenrade towards Merkelbeek and Bingelrade. You are soon outside the built-up area. In the second part of the climb you have to push a bit more than in the beginning but it never gets really hard.
Korte klim vanuit Amstenrade richting Merkelbeek en Bingelrade. Je bent al vlot buiten de bebouwing. In het tweede deel van de klim moet je wel even wat meer aanzetten als in het begin maar echt zwaar wordt het nooit.
Short climb that starts at some nice buildings like the church and the castle. You cycle along houses and some greenery to the top. Not very steep but nice. The only pity is that the road is quite busy while it is quite narrow. That takes the fun out of it.
Kort klimmetje die begint bij een aantal mooie gebouwen zoals de kerk en het kasteel. Je fietst langs huizen en wat groen naar boven. Niet heel pittig maar wel aardig. Wat alleen jammer is, is dat de weg behoorlijk druk is terwijl deze best smal is. Dat haalt het plezier wel wat naar beneden.
