First, it is fairly relaxed uphill on tarmac roads in built-up areas. After passing the last houses, the real challenge begins as the road turns into a cobblestone path - which is a kind of extreme form of a cobblestone road because the stones are round instead of having a flat top. So it is paved but extremely bumpy. In some places a concrete layer has been smeared over it, which suddenly feels a lot better.
On the other hand, the road is nicely situated and curves towards the edge of the forest. Nice views to the back and on the last bit over to the left. A route for dry weather though as there can be mud after a wet spell.
