These are not cobblestones, rather tile. The climb itself is not steep or tough. Definitely recommended for newer cyclists! There are quite a lot of cars's though, so definitely be careful.
Dit zijn geen kasseien, eerder tegeltjes. De klim zelf is niet steil of zwaar. Zeker een aanrader voor de nieuwere fietsers! Er zijn wel best veel auto's, dus zeker goed oppassen.
The road surface is better than it looks, but the fun wore off when I saw the climb. The road is nice and wide so that passing traffic should not pose any risk.
Het wegdek lóópt beter dan het oogt, maar het pezier verging me toen ik de klim zag opduiken. Mooie brede weg zodat voorbijkomend verkeer geen hinder noch risico met zich zou mogen meebrengen.
The road surface is more than ok here. It's not real cobblestones that they've laid here, but small stones that bulge well. It gets steeper and steeper towards the end, but never to the extent that you'll be broke. Ideal climb to keep on riding.
Het wegdek is meer dan ok hier. Het zijn ook geen echte kasseien die ze hier gelegd hebben, maar steentjes die goed bollen. Gaat naar het einde toe steiler en steiler, maar nooit in die mate dat je kapot zal zitten. Ideale klim om door te trekken.
Good climb for novice Flandriens. Cobblestones straight up with percentages that don't let you down too hard. Good foretaste for the rest of the cobbled hills in the Flemish Ardennes!
Goede klim voor beginnende Flandriens. Kasseien recht omhoog met percentages die je niet te hard af laten zien. Goed voorproefje voor de rest van de kasseihellingen van de Vlaamse Ardennen!
Nice climb to cross from Oudenaarde in the direction of Kerkgate and the Molenberg. Nice warming-up.
Leuke klim om vanuit Oudenaarde bovenlangs door te steken richting Kerkgate en de Molenberg. Mooie opwarmer.
Nice climb and easy to do. The hill can be seen from far away and is quite impressive. Good road surface and nicely sheltered by trees.
leuke klim en goed te doen. De heuvel is reeds van ver te zien en best indrukwekkend. Goed wegdek en mooi beschut door bomen.
