Lovely, quiet road into the Reichswald forest. At the start you seem to see the summit right away, but it is only a bit further on, near the car park. Pretty good tarmac.
Heerlijk rustig weggetje het Reichswald in. Bij het begin lijk je meteen de top al te zien liggen maar deze ligt pas een stuk verderop, bij de parkeerplaats. Best goed asfalt.

Do you want a long quiet undulating road through the Reichswald? Then you should take the Kartenspielerweg. Because of all the forestry you also get the smell of freshly sawn wood. The road is listed as 1 climb, but actually it is just like the Seven Hills Road, a chain of small hills on a long road (in this case almost 6 km long). The hills are less steep and high than on the Zevenheuvelenweg. Also very quiet.
Wil je een lange rustige golvende weg door het Reichswald? Dan moet je de Kartenspielerweg op. Door alle bosbouw krijg je er ook nog de geur van vers gezaagd hout bij. De weg staat hier als 1 beklimming, maar eigenlijk is het net als de Zevenheuvelenweg een aaneenschakeling van kleine heuvels over een lange weg (in dit geval bijna 6 km lang). De heuvels zijn wel minder steil en hoog dan op de Zevenheuvelenweg. Erg rustig ook.
