If you don't like car traffic and just want to climb quietly to a nice viewpoint, this is a good choice. The road surface of this dead end is not great, but just doable on a road bike. You have almost the entire climb beautiful views of the valley and surrounding mountains. After a good steep final you end up at a mountain hut where you can enjoy a plate of spaghetti while overlooking a couple of glaciers.
Als je geen zin hebt in autoverkeer en gewoon rustig wil klimmen naar een mooi uitzichtpunt, dan is dit een prima keuze. Het wegdek van deze doodlopende weg is niet geweldig, maar nog net op een racefiets te doen. Je hebt bijna de hele klim mooi zicht op het dal en de omliggende bergen. Na een goed steile finale eindig je bij een berghut waar je onder genot van een bord spaghetti uitzicht hebt op een paar gletsjers.
