The first part of the climb is easy to do. Heavy but good road surface, but it is busy with traffic to and from the train. In the village you turn left after the bike shop to end up in an oasis. You come twice a 'toll' barrier but you can ignore the second part is heavy, bad road with bumps and potholes but the views are fantastic and it is quiet! That part of the descent is tough and the focus should be 200%. In the last part you can descend very hard.... read more
