This is a beautiful little hill just across the border near Venlo. There are some moraines in the region and at some places there is a real climb. The climb is not difficult nor long, but it is beautiful. You ride between the farms and towards the steeper part you are treated to a hobbit-like landscape. I turned around at the top, rolled down and did it again. Enjoy.
Dit is een wonderschoon heuveltje net over de grens bij Venlo. In de regio zijn wat stuwwallen te vinden en op een enkele plek loopt er een heus klimmetje naar boven. De klim is niet moeilijk en ook niet lang, mooi is ie wel. Je rijdt tussen de boerderijen en richting het steilere stuk wordt je getrakteerd op een hobbit-achting landschap. Ik ben boven omgedraaid, naar beneden gerold en ik heb ‘m nog een keer gedaan. Genieten.
Simple but beautiful climb, you imagine yourself on holiday on the flank of this ridge. Also very nice as a descent.
Eenvoudig maar prachtig klimmetje, je waant je op vakantie op de flank van deze heuvelrug. Ook erg mooi als afdaling.
