Climb only gets cachet once you enter the forest at the chapel. Nice climb with good road surface (although currently road works) . On exiting the forest, the climb flattens out.
Klim krijgt pas cachet al je bij het kapelletje het bos inrijdt. Mooie klim met goed wegdek (hoewel momenteel wegwerkzaamheden) . Bij het uitgaan van het bos vlakt de klim af.
The climb starts in the hamlet of Grijzegrubben. The first part up to the junction with a small chapel goes up slowly. If you turn right at the chapel, a steep section follows. At some point you have a farm on your left. After a few hundred metres at the junction with Karrestraat, you have reached the top.
De klim begint in het buurtschap Grijzegrubben. Het eerste deel tot aan de splitsing met kapelletje loopt langzaam omhoog. Als je bij het kapelletje rechtsaf gaat volgt een steil deel. Op enig moment heb je links van de weg een boerderij. Na een paar honderd meter op de splitsing met de Karrestraat heb je de top bereikt.

Een loper die start in het aardige dorpje Grijzegrubben. Nadat je bij de splitsing (met het grappige kapelletje) afslaat krijg je even een steiler knikje tussen de bomen. Dat duurt niet lang.
A climb with a dual character. The first part is a very quiet ascending clinker road between the houses (including some nice ones). At the chapel you turn right. You leave the houses behind you, the road becomes an asphalt road and it pops up a bit steeper. The latter does not last long and after the farm is cycling out where at the top a panoramic view looms.
Een klim met een tweeledig karakter. Het eerste deel is een zeer rustig stijgende klinkerweg tussen de huizen (waaronder een paar mooie exemplaren). Bij het kapelletje ga je rechtsaf. Je laat de huizen achter je, de weg wordt een asfaltweg en het knalt even een stuk steiler omhoog. Dat laatste duurt niet lang en na de boerderij is het uitfietsen waarbij op de top een weids uitzicht opdoemt.
