Reasonable runner going up along the highway. It starts as an asphalt road. Further on, there is uncertainty: the beautiful asphalt road or take the bike path? Chosen the bike path and that's a good thing because the road ends in a dead end at a house. The bike path is first of all well laid bricks and then beautiful asphalt. The climb ends at the farm further on. Nice view to the rear during the climb, but much traffic noise.
Redelijke loper die langs de snelweg omhoog loopt. Het begint als een asfaltweggetje. Verderop is er onduidelijkheid: het mooie asfaltweggetje of het fietspad pakken? Gekozen voor het fietspad en da's maar goed ook want het weggetje loopt verderop dood bij een huis. Het fietspad is eerst van goed gelegde klinkers en daarna mooi asfalt. De klim eindigt bij de boerderij verderop. Leuk uitzicht naar achteren gedurende de klim, maar wel veel verkeersherrie.
The first half of this climb takes you over cobblestones after which it continues over a perfect bit of tarmac. Even though the climb is good, I cannot recommend it. You cycle next to the motorway on a bicycle path with traffic in two directions. Be careful with 'enthusiastic' descenders. And apart from that, there are nicer options in the area.
De eerste helft van deze klim voert je over klinkers waarna het verder gaat over een perfect stukje asfalt. Ook al loopt de klim lekker, ik kan hem niet aanbevelen. Je fiets naast de autosnelweg over een fietspad met verkeer in twee richtingen. Oppassen met ‘enthousiaste’ dalers. En buiten dat, er zijn mooiere opties in de buurt.
