This climb really starts after turning off in Welschensteinach. From here it is a narrow road that continues steep and irregular until the T-junction where you cycle another kilometre at very slight percentages until Hoher Geisberg . The road quality is not top but certainly sufficient to cycle up with the racing bike.
Deze klim begint pas echt na het afdraaien in Welschensteinach. Vanaf hier is het een smalle weg die steil en onregelmatig verdergaat tot aan de T-splitsing waar je nog een kilometer aan heel lichte percentages fietst tot aan Hoher Geisberg . De wegkwaliteit is niet top maar zeker voldoende om omhoog te fietsen met de koersfiets.
