From North Side, it's nice to start at Kananaskis Golf Course for a rolling 20-25 km ride in. Then up on the highest paved road in Canada through beautiful provincial parkland. Steady climb that crescendos in the last 2-3 km. Massive views, often with wildlife. Road is closed through winter and opens from non motorized later in Spring prior to full opening. From North Side, it's nice to start at Kananaskis Golf Course for a rolling 20-25 km ride in. Then up on the highest paved road in Canada through beautiful provincial parkland. Steady climb that crescendos in the last 2-3 km. Massive views, often with wildlife.
