Relaxte klim over een asfaltweg met duidelijke fietsstroken. Blijft redelijk constant klimmen. Het bruggetje in het begin is weg smal maar bij de klim heb je voorrang. Mooie omgeving maar de weg kan - iig in de spits - wel erg druk zijn. Klim is op zich wel leuk maar de route via het jachtslot is duidelijk mooier en rustiger.

Voor een klim door het bos heeft deze nog een best mooi uitzicht. Omdat de weg hoger ligt dan het bos, krijg je het gevoel dat je langs een soort groene kloof van bladeren rijdt. Erg bijzonder. De weg is wel wat druk en je fietst op een fietsstrook. Verder is het een prima klim, redelijk lang voor deze regio. Mocht je wat steilers willen, dan kun je het alternatief nemen (via Landgoed Mookerheide). Voor beide beklimmingen geldt dat je vlak na het begin rechtsaf een viaduct over het spoor over moet. Dat viaductje is zo smal dat er slechts 1 auto of 1 fiets overheen kan. Wil je helemaal los gaan hier, dan kan ik aanraden pas na dat viaductje je duivels te ontbinden.
