Nice climb, first through fields with views, then through a quiet forest. The ascent seemed harder to me than described, as I had the feeling that the first 1.5 km were constant at around 10 per cent and that it only flattened out towards the end. The tarmac is good, but I wouldn't recommend a descent as there are two diagonal, very deep rain gutters in the road.
Schöner Anstieg zunächst durch Felder mit Aussichten, anschließend durch einen ruhigen Wald. Mir kam der Anstieg schwerer vor, als beschrieben, da ich dass Gefühl hatte, dass die ersten 1,5 KM konstant bei ca. 10 Prozent sind und es erst zum Ende hin flacher wird. Der Aspahlt ist gut, dennoch würde ich keine Abfahrt empfehlen, da es zwei diagonal verlaufende, sehr tiefe, Regenrinnen in der Straße gibt. Die zwei Funktürme bieten eine gute Orientierung wo der Gipfel ist.
Lovely climb on generally fine tarmac and quite tough too. Truly grand views towards the north and as the road makes a few right-angled turns, this is also good to see from the side. After the village, the road flattens out and passes through beautiful rural surroundings. Don't forget to look back as the distant views are still frequent.
Heerlijke klim over over het algemeen prima asfalt en best wel pittig bovendien. Werkelijk echt weidse uitzichten richting het noorden en omdat de weg enkele haakse bochten maakt is dit ook goed van opzij te zien. Na het dorpje wordt de weg vlakker en loopt door een fraaie landelijke omgeving. Vergeet niet achterom te kijken want de verre uitzichten komen nog regelmatig voor.
