Nice gentle alternative climb to the adjacent Kallenberg. Recently fitted with new asphalt so cycles like a billiard cloth now.
Leuke rustige alternatieve klim voor de naastgelegen Kalleberg. Recentelijk van nieuw asfalt voorzien dus fietst nu als een biljartlaken.
A short climb up a hollow road. The steepest part is short and is right at the houses at the beginning. After the hollow road, it is off to the T-junction. The road is scenically nice (especially the valley you come from) but has moderate tarmac and can be dirty. The Kalleberg is more suitable for thin tyres.
Een korte klim door een holle weg naar boven. Het steilste stuk is kort en ligt meteen bij de huizen aan het begin. Na de holle weg is het uitfietsen tot aan de T-splitsing. De weg is landschappelijk leuk (vooral het dal waaruit je komt) maar heeft matig asfalt en kan vies zijn. Voor dunne bandjes is de Kalleberg geschikter.
Either you drive up the Kalleberg or this one. The Kalleberg is in the main road after the descent from Libeek, but if you enter it you have to slow down. The road is not very good. The steepest part is just after the bend, so change gear beforehand!
Of je rijdt de Kalleberg op of deze. De Kalleberg ligt in de doorgaande route na de afdaling vanaf Libeek, maar als je deze ingaat dan moet je afremmen. De weg is niet heel goed. Het steilste deel zit net na de bocht, dus vooraf schakelen!
