Côte de Haut-Bois is located in the hill zone around Andenne, in the foothills of the Meuse valley. The climb follows a rural road along forest edges and open stretches of arable land, typical of this undulating landscape of the province of Namur. The profile is fairly even, with no real hard kink, but does keep climbing constantly up to the plateau above.

Lovely climb included in Simon Warren's 'slopes' booklet, which is why I included m in a route when I was near Andenne. Climb is in a beautiful rural area and leads through a nice forest. The climb is nice and gradual. The road surface is moderate though (degradee) so keep your attention.
