Not too difficult climb in the countryside south of Kohlscheid. Beginning and end are false flat. Only in the middle of the climb about 200 metres that are a bit steeper without becoming really difficult.
Niet te moeilijke klim in het buitengebied ten zuiden van Kohlscheid. Begin en einde zijn vals plat. Alleen in het midden van de klim circa 200 meter die wat steiler zijn zonder echt moeilijk te worden.
Not too exciting climb. Beautiful green surroundings, where you imagine yourself away from the big city, where you are nevertheless nearby. Asphalt is last year (2020) largely replaced, is now a lovely carpet.
Also as a descent a nice rolling piece. Then sometimes watch out for pedestrians.
Niet al te spannend klimmetje. Wel mooie groene omgeving, waar je je even weg waant van de grote stad, waar je toch vlakbij bent. Asfalt is vorig jaar (2020) grotendeels vervangen, is nu een heerlijk tapijtje.
Ook als afdaling een lekker rollend stukje. Dan soms wel even opletten op voetgangers.
A relaxed climb on a very quiet road in a beautiful agricultural environment. From the north (e.g. from Kerkrade) easily accessible via Uersfeld. So you can follow a "green" route, almost to the center of Aachen. Largely excellent asphalt.
Een relaxte klim op een zeer rustig weggetje in een mooie agrarische omgeving. vanuit het noorden (bijv. vanuit Kerkrade) goed via Uersfeld te bereiken. Zo kan je een "groene" route volgen, vrijwel tot het centrum van Aachen. Grotendeels uitstekend asfalt.
