Fine ascending piece of valsplat that I sometimes use as a crossing between Gijmel and the Demerdijk. At the end of this stretch of macadam you end up on a plateau where you can occasionally see beautiful scenes passing by.
The steeper variant from the other side is much nicer to do.
Fijn oplopend stukje valsplat dat ik soms als doorsteek gebruik tussen Gijmel en de Demerdijk. Aan het einde van deze strook macadam kom je op een plateau terecht waar je af en toe mooie taferelen ziet passeren.
De steilere variant van de andere kant is veel fijner om te doen.
Beautiful cycling environment in the lovely Langdorp. The first part of this climb is a nice wide concrete road with moderate traffic and a gentle uphill slope. When almost at the crossroads the road gets a bit steeper and also when you cross the crossroads you can start the last part via the narrow Hamerstraat. Always nice to cycle here because of the beautiful region.
Prachtige fietsomgeving in het prachtige Langdorp. Het eerste deel van deze klim is een mooie brede betonbaan waar matig verkeer is en zacht omhoog loopt. Als bijna aan het kruispunt komt loopt de weg iets steiler op en ook als je het kruispunt oversteekt om het laatste deel via de smalle Hamerstraat het laatste stukje aan te vatten. Altijd leuk om hier te fietsen vanwege de mooie regio.
