Quietly running climb, the trickiest is at the start. After that, it runs more gently. Great tarmac. It can be crowded, though.
Rustig lopende beklimming, het lastigste is bij aanvang. Daarna loopt het nog rustig door. Geweldig asfalt. Het kan wel druk zijn.
Ascent from the valley south of cadier en Keer towards Eckelrade. You reach the start of the climb by descending from C&D via the Oerenberg (at the bottom at the turns be careful not to descend too fast). The steepest part is in the first half of the climb. Then it flattens out and becomes false flat until the egg farm.
Beklimming vanuit het dal ten zuiden van cadier en Keer richting Eckelrade. Je bereikt het begin van de klim door vanuit C&D af te dalen via de Oerenberg (onder aan bij de bochten opletten dat daalsnelheid niet te hoog is). De steilste deel zit in de eerste helft van de klim. Daarna vlakt het af en wordt het tot de eierfarm vals plat.
Just a nice little climb. The surroundings are very beautiful and the road meanders slightly with excellent tarmac. From the valley, the road climbs nicely at a good percentage without being too tiring. After a clear bend in the road, it flattens out and the road still follows a nice route.
Gewoon een lekker klimmetje. De omgeving is erg fraai en de weg slingert enigszins en heeft uitstekend asfalt. Vanuit het dal klimt de weg leuk omhoog aan een mooi percentage zonder echt vermoeiend te zijn. Na een duidelijke knik 3wordt het een stuk vlakker en is het uitfietsen waarbij de weg nog steeds een aardig traject volgt.
The first part is easy, because you still have some speed from the descent that precedes it. Furthermore, the climb is not very special, although the view and the landscape is very beautiful, especially in the spring.
Het eerste stuk is makkelijk, omdat je nog wat snelheid hebt van de afdaling die er voor zit. Verder is de klim niet heel bijzonder, al is het uitzicht en het landschap heel mooi, zeker in het voorjaar.
