You need to descent down this climb before you can right up it. All the way up and at the bottom there is nice views of the water. When you are at the bottom, there is no flat paved road, so you need to start from a 15% gradient, which can be very hard. The road up is very, very steep. But once you have climbed it you can once again enjoy the views. The climb would be 5 stars if it wasn't a dead end road.
