Service road up to wimbleball dam and the up to haddon hill car park. You'll have the climb all to yourself as the public are not allowed to drive on this road (Gates at top and bottom). Poor and steep surface up to the dam then more gradual and slightly better surface up to the top. Road can be wet and slippery especially in Autumn and Winter but otherwise a nice short challenge
