Not a hard climb, but also not to be underestimated. The first part is on a wide road exposed to the sun until Sigriswil (and with some traffic), then it's narrow in the forest. From Grön, you can continue a few km towards Justiztal, a splendid valley that opens up into a plateau surrounded by spectacular mountains as the Niederhorn.
