Nice road, but if you want to see the surroundings I would take the white road on the map just south of this route. You cycle then over the Loenermark, an area with heathland, rolling plains and forest. More exciting, freer, no traffic and also nicely hilly.
Leuke weg, maar wil je voor de omgeving gaan dan zou ik op de kaart de witte weg iets ten zuiden van deze route nemen. Je fietst dan over de Loenermark, een gebied met heide, glooiende vlakte en bos. Spannender, vrijer, geen verkeer en ook leuk geaccidenteerd.
Beautiful road through the woods from Loenen to the Woeste Hoeve. It is not a busy road. But be careful, no separate bicycle paths and motorized traffic often drives faster than the allowed 60 km per hour. Yet I like to ride it. From Loenen the road gradually climbs with false flatness and from the old tollhouse the percentages go up to five percent. You don't see it, you feel it. Nice training road to warm up, especially on quiet days.
Mooie weg door het bosgebied van Loenen naar de Woeste Hoeve. Het is geen drukke weg. Toch wel opletten, geen gescheiden fietspaden en gemotoriseerd verkeer rijdt er vaak harder dan de toegestane 60 km per uur. Toch rijd ik er graag. Vanaf Loenen klimt de weg geleidelijk met vals plat omhoog, en vanaf het oude tolhuis gaan de percentages naar een procentje of vijf. Dat zie je niet, dat voel je wel. Lekkere trainingsweg om warm te rijden, zeker op rustige dagen.
