For the first bit, the tarmac is fair to good and between houses is excellent. The road rises nicely but the climb is only short and runs almost entirely between houses.
Het eerste stukje is het asfalt redelijk tot goed en tussen de huizen is het uitstekend. De weg loopt lekker op maar de klim is maar kort en loopt vrijwel geheel tussen de huizen. Elders best een leuke klim maar in deze omgeving is het toch één van de mindere.
