This is a beautiful, relatively unknown climb through the Kaiserbachtal. For the road the motorist pays a toll, cyclists pass for free. I drove up here in the evening, at dusk. Beautiful mountain massif in the background (I believe a piece of the Wilder Kaiser), completely silent valley with halfway a restaurant (closed because of corona when I rode up). The start of the climb is gentle and not steep. The end on the other hand was a big disappointment. Asphalt over the entire climb in good condition. It is advisable not to burn up everything in the beginning!
Het einde daarentegen viel me flink tegen.
