In my opinion, the best way up to Grand-vy (better than from Bevaix) is to follow the Neuchallenge route, which means you can see the kilometre signs going up (or not...).
That said, it's a very nice climb, but very steep. It's important to note the restaurant-métairie de la grand-vy at the finish, which allows you to refresh yourself.
Meilleure manière de monter à la Grand-vy selon moi (mieux que depuis Bevaix), montée balisée avec le Neuchallenge, donc on voit les panneaux avec les kilomètres avancer (ou pas...)
Cela dit, très belle montée mais très raide. Il est important de noter le restaurant-métairie de la grand-vy à l'arrivée qui permet de se rafraichir
