Deze klim start in een buitenwijk van Hopfgarten en na de klim gaat het nog een stukje op een neer tot Niederau. Je kunt vanaf daar via Wörgl en Itter een mooi rondje doen. Je rijdt op deze klim op de doorgaande autoweg. Het is echter geen drukke weg, maar een weg met vooral lokaal verkeer. Het is voldoende breed om veilig te kunnen klimmen. Asfalt is in goede staat. Het begin van de klim loopt langs een beek. Bij de haarspeldbocht gaat het flink steil omhoog. Je bent op dit stuk beschut door het bos. Vervolgens gaat het via weilanden iets minder steil tot het dorpje Wechsölln. Zorg dat je dan nog wat over hebt, want het gaat daarna nog een keer flink steiler omhoog :)
