Steady and scenic as you ride past Errwood Resevoir. It’s a nice climb up through the forest before you’re met with the rugged valley road up into the moors. Be mindful of tightening roads and blind bends at points, some occasional surface gravel and potholes further up but highly recommended for the fantastic perspective of Goyt Valley and at little difficulty or expense to your energy! ... read more

A beautiful secluded climb up the valley onto the moor. Never too steep, and very quiet.

A long, steady but beautiful ascent on mixed surfaces. Varied scenery before emerging onto moorland near the Cat and Fiddle.
