Nice to ride up a climb in a village centre in this region for a change. At the time I passed it (Sunday morning), it was very busy near the bakery. Lots of cars's looking for a parking space.
Leuk om in deze regio ook eens een klimmetje in een dorpskern op te rijden. Op het moment dat ik er langs kwam (zondagochtend) was het wel heel druk ter hoogte van de bakker. Veel auto's op zoek naar een parkeerplaats.
Longer climb that starts close to the water and then stops halfway up Church Street. With some walking on the pedals, you're up in no time. I did pass there at a calmer time because otherwise you might have some oncoming car traffic.
Langere klim die dicht bij het water start en dan ten halve de Kerkstraat stopt. Met wat op de trappers lopen ben je zo boven. Ik passeerde er wel op een kalmere moment want anders heb je mogelijk wat tegemoetkomend autoverkeer.
Incline through a narrow street where for the last part you may have to stop and wait for oncoming traffic. When I drove here, it was very quiet.
Helling door een smalle straat waarbij je voor het laatste deeltje misschien even stil moet staan en wachten op tegenliggers. Toen ik hier reed zeer rustig.
Nice climb to do. The downside is that it is a climb with quite a lot of traffic so you are often held up. One of the longer climbs in the area.
Leuke klim om te doen. Het nadeel is wel dat het een klim is met vrij veel verkeer waardoor je vaak wordt opgehouden. Een van de langere klimmetjes in de buurt.
