Eén van de zes korte klimmetjes aan de rand van het centrum van Aarschot die start met de steile muur op rode klinkers van de Vestingstraat. Na het even vlak over fietsen van het brede verkeerskruispunt klim je verder de Geetsstraat op om na de laatste huizen uit te bollen op het plateau te midden van een groene tuinbouwzone.
Op de hele route mag alleen de fietser bergop maar het is dus opletten voor tegenliggend dalend autoverkeer (éénrichtingsstraten)!!!
Voor mij de minst interessante klim van het pakket daar gelegen.

Let wel op want voor auto's is dit een éénrichtingsstraat en moet je als fietser dus regelmatig uitwijken voor aankomend verkeer. Vooral het eerste deel op de Vestingstraat is zo smal dat het soms aan te raden is om even op de stoep naar boven te rijden.

Je steekt de Braekepoort over ( hier even minder stijgingspercentages ) en dan neem je de recht voor u de Geetsstraat waar het terug steiler wordt . Daarna loopt het rustig uit.
Als je aan het einde van de Geetsstraat komt kan je de ring oversteken en zo richting Leideberg en het Rot rijden waar verschillende heuvels liggen te wachten .
