Nice quiet road through the Crown Estates. Little up and down. The cycle path into which the road turns is often a nice shell path through a beautiful forest and ends in Elspeet.
As regards the climb nothing special; a straight road up with good tarmac. The surroundings are cool though, it's quite amusing to cycle up in the complete quietness of the forest. After the small bend, the steepness is reasonable for Veluwe-climbs, but nothing to be scared of ;) Once at the top, you can only use gravel paths, which by the way are perfectly doable on a racing bike.
