Klim die vooral in het begin lekker aanvoelt omdat je (helaas soms wel wat matige) betonweg met enkele bochten echt tegen een helling omhoog fietst. Als je op de hoofdweg rechtsaf ben geslagen volgt een fietsstrook langs een kaarsrechte weg relaxed omhoog tot het duidelijke hoogste punt.
NB: Enkele meters voor de T-splitsing begint er links een fietspad. Deze negeren, gewoon op de weg blijven fietsen en rechtsaf de fietsstrook op. Dat scheelt twee keer oversteken en een haakse bocht.
