Climb that feels nice especially in the beginning as you cycle up (unfortunately a bit mediocre at times) concrete road with a few bends really uphill. Once you have turned right on the main road, a cycle lane along a dead straight road follows relaxed uphill to the clear highest point.
NB: A few metres before the T-junction, a cycle path starts on the left. Ignoring this, just stay on the road and turn right onto the cycle lane. That saves two crossings and a right-angled turn.
Klim die vooral in het begin lekker aanvoelt omdat je (helaas soms wel wat matige) betonweg met enkele bochten echt tegen een helling omhoog fietst. Als je op de hoofdweg rechtsaf ben geslagen volgt een fietsstrook langs een kaarsrechte weg relaxed omhoog tot het duidelijke hoogste punt.
NB: Enkele meters voor de T-splitsing begint er links een fietspad. Deze negeren, gewoon op de weg blijven fietsen en rechtsaf de fietsstrook op. Dat scheelt twee keer oversteken en een haakse bocht.
