I think this climb of the Fortstraat is wrongly drawn; halfway at the crossroads with the Bossenaarstraat you should not turn right, but left. The top is then actually 100 metres just before that "chiquane bend", just after the turn to the left. Is it possible that this can be adjusted?
Volgens mij is deze klim van de Fortstraat verkeerd uitgetekend; halverwege bij het kruispunt met de Bossenaarstraat moet je niet naar rechts, maar naar links. De top ligt dan eigenlijk 100 meter vlak voor die "chiquane-bocht", direct na het opdraaien naar links. Is het mogelijk dat dit aangepast kan worden?
It is indeed possible to turn left at the junction with Bossenaarstraat. You then climb another 50 metres before you reach the highest point. That is the way they did it recently in the Tour of Belgium. However, we have chosen to continue the climb to the right, so that you climb to the full summit, with more than 20 extra altimeters.
Het is inderdaad prima mogelijk om bij de kruising met de Bossenaarstraat links af te slaan. Je klimt dan nog een meter of 50 door voordat je het hoogste punt bereikt. Dat is de manier zoals ze volgens mij recent ook in de ronde van België hebben gedaan. We hebben echter voor gekozen om de klim daar rechts door te laten lopen, zodat je door klimt tot de volledige top, met nog ruim 20 extra hoogtemeters.
