Deze klim vanuit het centrum van Aachen (je begint vrijwel bij de Ponttor) begint relaxed maar zodra je de Forsterstrasse in gaat (na recht en daarna meteen linksaf te zijn geslagen) zie je de weg flink stijgen voor je, en tegen het eind wordt het steeds steiler zodat je even aan mag zetten.
