Starting straight out of Llanberis going towards the coast, this quiet lane avoids the main road, which is busy in summer. A very pleasant ride on fair surface. Never very steep, it goes through woodland, past old slate workings and hits a narrow stretch of open moorland with road undulations higher up. Some nice views to the left at times.
