Certainly not an absolute killer, but really a must as an alternative to the ugly Parikeberg when you are on your way from Brakel to Geraardsbergen. In contrast to a boring stone road you can paddle up here in all peace. Enjoy!
Zeker geen absolute killer, maar echt een aanrader als alternatief voor de lelijke Parikeberg wanneer je op weg bent van Brakel naar Geraardsbergen. In tegenstelling tot een saaie steenweg kan je hier in alle rust naar boven peddelen. Genieten!
When you start the climb, you wonder if you have ridden it right because there is no climb.
The beginning is not so bad. Only at the end a little more uphill. It remains a long climb.
The Fayte goes up against the flank of the better known Parikeberg.
Wanneer je aan de klim begint, vraag je je af of je juist bent gereden want er komt maar geen stijging.
Beginstuk valt heel goed mee. Enkel op het einde wat meer bergop. Blijft dan ook een lange klim.
De Fayte loopt omhoog tegen de flank van de bekendere Parikeberg.
