Starts beautifully along the water after which you with some hairpin bends up through the village meanders. When you're out of the village you pass a church and then you take a turn to the right into the forest.
When you see the road there seems to be nothing wrong, but as soon as you pass the bend the hard work starts.
After the steep part of 18％ the road flattens out for a bit and then sometimes you get double digit percentages before you reach the top.
Begint prachtig langs het water waarna je met wat haarspeldbochten omhoog door het dorp slingert. Als je het dorp uit bent passeer je nog een kerkje waarna je met een bocht naar rechts het bos in rijdt.
Als je de weg ziet liggen lijkt er niets aan de hand, maar zodra je de bocht door bent begint het afzien.
Na het steile stuk van 18％ vlakt het even af waarna er nog af en toe met percentages in de dubbele cijfers gegooid word voor je boven bent.
Difficult climb, remains long steep with some peaks. Last piece you can still suffer from the wind. Nice climb to do.
Lastige klim, blijft lang steil met wat uitschieters. Laatste stuk kun je nog flink last van de wind hebben. Mooie klim om te doen.
Nice climb that gets steeper and steeper. Typical climb in Luxembourg where the tarmac is excellent, little traffic and good raking to the top and a little further as always!
Mooie klim die alsmaar steiler word. Typische klim in Luxemburg waarbij het asfalt uitstekend is weinig verkeer en lekker harken tot de top en nog iets verder zoals altijd!
Spicy climb that is long steep and you don't really get time to recover. Nice tarmac but some traffic. If you are looking for an alternative there is a kind of goat path from Heiderscheidgrund to Heiderscheid. I wouldn't take the N15 up anyway because of the heavy traffic.
Pittige klim die lang stijl is en je niet echt tijd krijgt om te herstellen. Mooi asfalt maar wel wat verkeer. Als je een alternatief zoekt is er een soort geitenpad van Heiderscheidgrund naar Heiderscheid. De N15 zou ik ivm hard rijdend verkeer sowieso niet omhoog pakken.
Highly recommended! Nice short punchy climb. The beginning is very nice in the woods :) At the end in the open area with wind is there with still some false flat up pretty spicy still
Zekere aanrader! Mooie korte pittige klim. Het begin is heel mooi in de bossen :) Op t einde in het open gebied met wind is het daar met nog wat vals plat omhoog behoorlijk pittig nog

Heavy, but a lot of fun. From the beautiful Esch-sur-Sûre you dive into the forest. You have to work hard right away and given the length of 2,8 km it is simply heavy as lead.
Zwaar, maar wel heel leuk. Vanuit het prachtige Esch-sur-Sûre duik je het bos in. Je moet gelijk flink aan de bak en gezien de lengte van 2,8 km is het gewoon loodzwaar.
Esch-sur-Sûre is a very cosy village that lies very low in the valley between all the hills. In whichever direction you leave the village, it always goes up. So to Eschdorf, a nice climb that is not too hard and that you after the top easily along the banks of the lake brings. Recommended
Esch-sur-Sûre is een heel gezellig dorpje dat heel laag in de vallei ligt tussen alle heuvels in. In welke richting je ook het dorp verlaat, altijd gaat het omhoog. Zo ook naar Eschdorf, een leuke klim die niet té zwaar is en die je na de top makkelijk langs de oevers van het stuwmeer brengt. Aanrader
