I would not recommend this climb. This is the main car and truck route connecting exmoor/ north Devon to Taunton. Traffic can be fast in both directions. I would not recommend this climb. This is the main car and truck route connecting exmoor/ north Devon to Taunton. Traffic can be fast in both directions. Much better routes up like nettlecombe park or anything towards Wiveliscombe. Views over the Somerset levels and quantocks are spectacular at the top but it's all behind you
