Nice short climb with a very nice approach from the centre of Wambeek. Once in the forest it gets steeper and tougher but doesn't take long to get to the top. Very little traffic and road surface definitely OK.
Leuke korte klim met een zeer mooie aanloop vanuit het centrum van Wambeek. Eens in het bos wordt het steiler en zwaarder maar duurt niet lang voor je boven bent. Zeer weinig verkeer en wegdek zeker in orde.
Already descended several times via the Elshoutweg but never rode up. Definitely worth the effort! Little traffic and a nice, narrow, rural climb that goes through a small patch of forest.
Al verschillende keren afgedaald via de Elshoutweg maar nog nooit omhoog gereden. Zeker de moeite waard! Weinig verkeer en een mooie, smalle, landelijke klim die door een klein stukje bos loopt.
A nice country road to cycle up with a steep part in the middle. There I felt I had already had a few climbs that day. On your way up the hill take a look at the church of Wambeek. It looks very picturesque.
Een fraai landweggetje om over naar boven te fietsen met toch een steil stuk in het midden. Daar voelde ik toch wel dat ik al een paar klimmetjes gehad had die dag. Neem op je weg er naar toe ook kort een kijkje bij de kerk van Wambeek. Ziet er erg pittoresk uit.
