Nice climb, with little traffic. The tarmac is good. Also a little insider tip that I found through another climbing portal.

Die Steigungen bewegen sich im Schnitt bei ca. 7 bis 8 % (Spitzen bis zu 13 bzw. 17 %). Man folgt immer dem Camino El Pinar. Irgendwann hat die Straße keinen Mittelstrich, dann wird sie einspurig und passiert die Albergue El Pinar. Durch Pinienwälder geht es stetig bergan, mit Blicken in die angrenzenden Barancos bzw. auf den offenen Atlantik. Das Material und die Beschaffenheit des Weges definieren den Endpunkt des Anstiegs: Schotter oder komplett mit Piniennadeln bedeckte Wege. Die grenzenlose Aussicht auf Weinfelder und Pinienwälder belohnen die Mühe des Aufstiegs.
Da es sich um eine Sackgasse handelt, geht es auf demselben Weg wieder zurück.
