From flat terrain to the North Dovers Hill takes you into the Cotswolds Hills. A quiet road with nice wooded surroundings, but no stunning vistas. One to search out if you want a challenging hill and live in the flatter area to the North.

A classic Cotswold climb - not long but generally steep. Road surface is pretty good by UK standards particularly going uphill with time to steer around any broken surface. The gradient is fairly consistent so possible to get into a rhythm. A couple of riders from my local club used this for an Everesting attempt and they chose it because its consistent reasonably quite in terms of traffic. Some of the lower sections have tree cover, but it opens up as you go fut=erther up but is generally well sheltered. There are some great views from the top. Definitely worth a climb if in the area.
