Nothing special but quiet and hardly any cars. Almost at the top, there is a stretch of cobblestones and then a concrete path. Opposite Langestraat, you can go up here at your leisure without having to mind the cars.
Niks speciaal maar wel rustig en amper autos, bijna boven nog een stukje kasseien en dan een beton pad. het enigste wat kan tegensteken is dat je ervoor in de beekstraat in een rij autos terechtkomt omdat het daar een beetje een vervelende verkeerssituatie is om op de dorpsstraat te geraken. Tegenover de Langestraat kan je hier wel op je gemak naar boven zonder dat je rekening moet houden met autos.

The gradient is nowhere too steep - certainly not - but at the end of the day you can even blow yourself up on a motorway bridge. So this climb feels according to what you have digested during the previous kilometres.
The road surface is of acceptable quality, the cobbles are all in all decent - and clean - shape.

De helling is nergens té steil - zeker niet - maar aan het einde van de dag kan je je zelfs opblazen op een autosnelwegbrug. Deze klim voelt dus aan naargelang hetgeen je tijdens de voorgaande kilometers hebt verteerd.
Het wegdek is van acceptabele aard, de kasseien liggen er al bij al degelijk - en proper - bij.
