Best combined with the main reservoir climb. They climb is pretty steady once past the gate. After a short steep climb from the junction, it levels off a bit. Then ramps up again along the top of Dinorwig quarry. Great views over Llanberis and up to Snowdon. You'll probably hear the mountain railway echoing around the valley
