Depart from the Puente de San Pedro. There are many day-tourists there, but nothing to buy. At the end of a steady and even climb, first through a gorge but further on without much shelter from the sun, you will find a hotel restaurant at the top immediately after about 7 km in Zaorejas for refreshments or a meal and, next to it, an information centre about the Parque Natural Alto Tajo. The road is quiet and the tarmac immaculate.
Vertrek vanaf de Puente de San Pedro. Daar zijn veel dagtouristen, maar er is niets te koop. Aan het einde van een gestage en gelijkmatige klim, eerst door een kloof, maar verderop zonder veel beschutting tegen de zon, vind je meteen boven na een 7 km in Zaorejas een hotel restaurant voor verfrissingen of een maaltijd en daarnaast een informatiecentrum over het Parque Natural Alto Tajo. De weg is rustig en het asfalt onberispelijk.
